Farizon at IAA 2026: Why service and spare parts belong in the buying decision
Farizon’s September 2026 European announcement highlights support as well as vehicles. MYGE AUTO explains what export buyers should confirm for their own market.

The short answer
Choose the vehicle and the support plan together. MYGE AUTO’s view is that a useful export quotation should identify the exact configuration and explain how maintenance, diagnostics and replacement parts will be handled at the destination.
What Farizon announced on 17 September 2026
In a manufacturer-issued release, Geely Farizon described its IAA Transportation debut with the SV, V7E and Homtruck. The release also described a European spare-parts arrangement involving a warehouse in Gaggenau, Germany, backed by a distribution centre in Ningbo, China. That support description concerns the announced European network. [1]
MYGE AUTO view: distinguish a global brand from local support
A supplier’s international expansion is useful context, but our recommendation is to ask who will support the particular vehicle in the buyer’s location. Do not assume a European warehouse promise applies to an African or Middle Eastern order. Record the service provider, covered territory and terms in the commercial discussion.
We suggest asking for a maintenance schedule, a proposed consumables list and the process for identifying parts by vehicle or component number. For electric vehicles, also clarify who can perform diagnostics and what training or tools they require. These are questions to resolve, not services we assume already exist in every destination.
What fleet buyers should ask before comparing prices
Ask who receives a fault report, what information they need, how a diagnosis is agreed and how replacement parts are quoted. Request separate confirmation of freight arrangements and expected lead times. A headline vehicle price is not enough to compare two offers if their support responsibilities differ.
For a new operating location, MYGE AUTO recommends a documented first-vehicle evaluation before committing to a large fleet. Agree what will be checked, who records the results and how unresolved issues affect a later order.
How this relates to the F3E and H8E on our website
MYGE AUTO lists specific Farizon F3E and H8E configurations. They are different from the SV, V7E and Homtruck discussed in the announcement. The exhibition release should not be used to assign those vehicles’ specifications, certifications or service coverage to our listed trucks. Check the configuration sheet and the terms of the actual quotation.
Buyer question: does an international launch guarantee local warranty coverage?
No. The release alone does not establish coverage for your vehicle, seller or destination. Ask for written warranty scope, exclusions, claim procedure and the responsible service organisation.
Start a configuration and support discussion
Include your country and city, fleet size, intended route, body type and existing maintenance capability in your enquiry. This helps us separate vehicle selection from the additional support arrangements that need to be confirmed.
